Town ZEO's who answer to the BO

approved for adoption affecting all permit applications made on or after October 1,
OSBI and OSFM Announce 2016 Code Change
Submitted by Anthony Cinicola on Wed, 09/28/2016 - 15:31The Office of the State Building Inspector (OSBI) and the Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) are pleased to announce that the 2016 State Building Code and 2016 State Fire Safety Code have been approved and will be effective for all permit applications made on or after October 1, 2016. For the next three to four months, projects with designs based on the 2005 codes, in progress before October, may apply for a modification if meeting the 2016 codes is impractical.
