One-Time Registration Form

CBOA Registration for attending all meetings

This One-Time Registration form entitles individuals to attend all 8 regular scheduled meetings held at the Manor Inn Restaurant for fiscal year 2024/2025. The all-day ICC training event and any other special events/offerings are excluded. Location, dates and times are subject to change. You will still need to register for any meeting (via the website) for any meeting you wish to attend so we have an accurate count for the venue. Walk-ins will not be accepted without registration.
