One-Time Registration Form

Registration for attendance of all general meetings

This One-Time Registration form entitles individuals to attend all 8 regular scheduled CBOA meetings for fiscal year 2025/2026. The all-day ICC training event and any other special events or offerings are excluded. Location and dates/times are subject to change.

NOTE:

You must register for any meeting you wish to attend utilizing the Meeting Registration

tab found on the website so we have an accurate count for the venue, Walk-ins received the day of the meeting will not be accepted.
