Canton - Building Official Job Opportunity

The Town of Canton is seeking candidates for the full time position of Building Official. This position is responsible for reviewing and approving building permits, certificate of occupancies and overseeing building code compliance. The position is 35 hours per week and pays an annual salary of $78,000 to $84,000 annually depending on experience. An Associates degree and three years’ experience as a Building Official or at least five years of progressively responsible construction and trade experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
