Code Change Proposals

Code Change Proposals:

The public is encouraged to propose changes to the model code language. Proposals will be accepted from April 1, 2021 through May 31, 2021. Proposals must be submitted on the Code Change Proposal form and must be accompanied by sufficient supporting material to allow the committee to properly consider the merits of the proposal. Proposers may also request to make a presentation to the committee. Proposals should be submitted (email preferred) to:

CBOA is pleased to announce we have completed our Basement Construction Guide for use. The document is not copyrighted so users may alter the document as they see fit. We hope to produce several more useful documents in the near future in efforts to create a document library for all to utilize.
