• To facilitate discussion on how to run a deal with a Building Department
• There are Statutory requirements (most important)
• Code Requirements (close to statute)
• Town Ordinances (also important, but maybe you can change some stuff)
• Policy Ordinances (You have the ability, to change what works for you)

Breakfast, round table discussion for about 1.5 hours followed by
Entertainment and raffle at 12:00pm REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED
